Report Objectionable Content or Abuse
You can report objectionable content or an abusive user in-app: open the chat header or contact-info screen and tap Report, choose a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate, fake account, other), and add an optional context note. Every report is human-reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed violations result in enforcement up to permanent account termination. Because chats are end-to-end encrypted, please attach screenshots or forwarded excerpts as evidence — we cannot read encrypted content on our servers.
Block & Mute
To stop someone contacting you, open their contact-info screen and tap Block — this immediately prevents further messages and contact discovery and persists until you reverse it. To silence a conversation without blocking, open the chat and tap Mute. You can also delete any message from your own device.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account any time in the app via Profile → Delete Account, or on the web at https://ochat.ocgt.app/delete-account. Deletion removes your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Trouble Signing In
OChat signs you in with a one-time verification code sent to your phone number. If the code does not arrive, confirm the number is correct, check your signal, and wait a moment before requesting a new code. If it still fails, use the form above with your phone number and country so we can investigate.
