v1.0.2
BAHARU
6 Oct 2026
A Whole New Update
- Photos sent together arrive as one album
- Drag anywhere on a voice message's waveform to jump to a moment
- Sticker suggestions while you type, sticker packs, and a picker that opens instantly
- Every new backup is locked with your backup password, and you choose which media goes to Google Drive
- Switch the Google account used for backup from the Chat backup page
- O'Chat tells you when Google Drive is full instead of stopping silently, and saving a backup file to a folder works again
- Missed-call notifications now appear
- Tapping a notification opens the right chat, even after the app was closed
- Screen Security keeps chats out of screenshots and the recent-apps screen, on by default
- One photo editor for attachments and profile photos, plus a torch for video
- Videos appear alongside photos in the attachment panel
- A faster, smoother message list, chat wallpapers, a slimmer pinned banner and icons in the message menu
- TalkBack reads messages and reaches the buttons inside them
- Deletes and edits arrive even while a chat is closed
- New O'Chat logo and mascot
- New language: 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese)
